In movie "The Other Guys" where did Allen and Terry go before getting drunk? (near river, near skyline of nyc)?

They both came to this place, allen was holding a bottle of green
beer, and "Mike and the Boys" came over and asked them to join them in
an orgy... the place was by a river and u could see the Nyc skyline
in the distance?
